Comte is cut into cubes, and served as appetizer or salad ingredient. Ideal for fondue, excellent for gratins, cheese souffle and sauces. It holds the AOC mark which is the guarantee of the authenticity of origin of the milk used for production, typical of a specific region of France. It also meets the restrictive standards of production. It is made from cow's raw milk. Fat content: 45%.
